Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and DealerHub ("we") for using the DealerHub app, website and alerts (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What DealerHub is

DealerHub is a tool for real estate dealers and agents: posting properties and requirements, matching them, exchanging contact details between dealers, and keeping a private client notebook. DealerHub is not a real estate agent, broker, seller or buyer, and is not a party to any deal. We do not verify ownership, titles, prices, possession or any other details of a property, and we do not collect or hold token money, payments or commission.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You must use your own mobile number and give accurate information about yourself and your agency.
• One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done with your account and device.

3. Your posts

• Only post properties you are allowed to market, and requirements you are really working on.
• Keep posts accurate and up to date. Mark them sold, let or fulfilled when they are no longer available. Posts expire after 14 days unless renewed.
• No fake, misleading or duplicate listings, no bait prices, and no property that cannot legally be sold or rented.
• You keep ownership of what you post. You give DealerHub permission to store and display it, show it to other dealers, match it and include it in share links you create, for as long as it is on the Service.

4. Client information

Information you keep about your clients is yours and private to you. You are responsible for having your clients' agreement to store and use their details, and for using them lawfully. Do not upload anyone's details who has asked you not to.

5. Contact requests and other dealers' details

When you accept a request, the other dealer sees your number and the plot details of that post, and you see theirs. Contact details you get through DealerHub may only be used to discuss that business. Do not add them to bulk lists, spam them, share or sell them.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy, scrape, crawl or download listings, dealer profiles or contact details in bulk, by hand or with bots, scripts or other automated means, or use the Service to build a competing database;
• get around rate limits, security or access controls, or use several accounts to do so;
• impersonate anyone or claim a profile that is not yours;
• send spam, harass other users, or post illegal, hateful or misleading content;
• interfere with the Service, or try to reach data that is not meant for you.

We limit how much each account can view and send, and we may block activity that looks automated.

7. Profiles from public listings

Some dealer profiles are built from publicly available listings before the dealer joins. If a profile is yours, you can claim it after verifying the number, or remove it. If someone claims a profile that is not theirs, tell us and we will investigate. See Delete your data.

8. AI features

AI fill reads a message you paste and suggests the details of a post. It can make mistakes. Check every field before you publish; you are responsible for what you post.

9. Fees

The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features we will tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

10. Our content

The DealerHub name, logo, app and website (excluding content posted by users) belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

11. Suspension and deletion

You can stop using DealerHub and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or is used for scraping or fraud. Where reasonable we will tell you why.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Listings, matches and dealer details come from users and public sources, and we do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or available. Always check property documents and the people you deal with yourself. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that alerts will always arrive.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DealerHub is not liable for any loss arising from deals between users, from content posted by users, from lost profits or business, or from indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero while the Service is free).

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover DealerHub against claims and costs that arise from your posts, your deals, your use of client or contact information, or your breach of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
